It is a quite interesting concept that the have here because this banner give a specific information to customer so they do not need to keep asking the same question and seek it by themselves.


The disadvantage of this blog is not many customers know about this blog maybe because in term the promotion not so aggressive. This blog also offer product that can be said similiar to other competitor so for the customer, the can find it anywhere else.

This blog advantages is it offer product that a variety in term of design, price and size. They also offer a cupcake class in this coming Ramadan for customer to try baked their own cupcake at home. This can act as unique promotion beside the customer buy their product but also can learn to make cupcake as well. They also have link their blog with others competitors so both have mutual benefits in order to make their products well known.

The disadvantages of this blog is it look to simple so not very interesting to view, besides that it located in town so for customers that stay outside the town to get this product quite hard because the distance is further. They offer a delivery service but only for customer that stay in Klang Valley only.
